Δείχοντας απίστευτη υπομονή (του αλλάζαμε συνέχεια τη μέρα και ώρα), κατάφερε να περάσουμε σίγουρα την πιο υπέροχη ημέρα από την όλη παραμονή μας στο νησί, ρωτούσε συνέχεια για τις προτιμήσεις μας και μας πρόσφερε διαρκώς ποικιλία ποιοτικών προϊόντων. Το σκάφος ολοκαίνουργο και ασφαλές, ενώ ο ίδιος πολύ καλός γνώστης της περιοχής, προσπάθησε μέσα στις λίγες ώρες που είχαμε στη διάθεσή μας, να δούμε όσο το δυνατόν περισσότερα πράγματα.
